International Workshop: “The City Below the City”

The UMR Archéorient in collaboration with the PROSPECT Network are thrilled to extend an invitation to you for the international workshop titled “The City Below the City - Archaeological and Geophysical Data to Meet Major Heritage Management Challenges”.

Event Details

Venue: hosted by Archaeological Museum of Saint-Romain-en-Gal (Saint-Romain-en-Gal, France, located just 33km south of Lyon)

Dates: 3rd - 4th April 2024

Workshop Mode: Hybrid (Online & In-Person)

Sessions:

Session 1: Archaeological Prospection and Data Management in Urban Environments
Session 2: Case Studies of Archaeological Prospection using Geophysical Approaches in Urban Environments
Session 3: Innovations in Geophysical Prospection of Urban Environments
+ Training session:  MultichannelGPR – A New MATLAB-Tool for the Processing of GPR Data
Note: Training session is in-person only, limited to 25 participants (first-come, first-served basis)
